Annual Subscription Only

Long-form research requires hard work and long hours. As such, it is not in Maiden Financial's interest for the benefits of an entire year to be reaped by a single monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual payment. It is not fair to annual paying members, and it is not fair to Maiden Financial.

Equal Treatment

Members shall be treated equally in accordance with the benefits provided by their subscription of choice, and no one member shall be given special treatment. Early or delayed release of reports to certain members is not presently a feature that Maiden applies, but may choose to apply to certain membership tiers in future periods, with fair warning provided to subscribing and prospective subscribing members prior to its implementation.

Refunds

Subscribers shall not be entitled to a refund, unless Maiden Financial’s website, www.maidenfinancial.io, is unavailable for a period greater than seven days, and that such availability is not as a consequence or fault on behalf of the subscriber. In such an event, members shall be reimbursed for each day where website access was unavailable, per a daily rate equal to the member’s annual subscription divided by 260 working calendar days.

A prorated refund shall also be provided in cases where Maiden Financial designates a subscribing member as unfit for continued membership. Maiden Financial reserves full discretion related to cause regarding the permanent cessation of a subscriber's continued membership. In such an unlikely event, a terminated member shall be reimbursed as a percentage of subscription completion based on a standard 365 day calendar year.

Beyond prolonged service disruptions to Maiden Financial’s website and membership terminations, refunds shall not be offered. For the sake of Maiden Financial's members, and the growth, maintenance, and security of Maiden Financial’s library, research needs to be seamless and secured. While Maiden Financial believes that people generally act with good intention, subscription refunds risk exploitation of Maiden's Financial's library, and therefore cannot be permitted.

Sharing Restrictions

Private reports and materials published by Maiden Financial for paying subscribers are proprietary and may not be shared outside of the platform with any person, persons, or entity who does not subscribe to a paid service provided by Maiden Financial. Members who subscribe to a 'Maiden Elite' subscription plan are prohibited from sharing private published material that is not accessible to members who subscribe to a "Maiden Standard' subscription plan.

As a sign of goodwill to paying members, Maiden Financial shall not provide consent for members to share Maiden Financial's private reports, nor shall private reports or materials be shared with non-subscribing persons by Maiden Financial, unless a report is included under "Sample Reports" on Maiden Financial's Home Page, by which "exempt report" status shall be temporarily granted for the duration of its feature as a sample, along with associated quarterly and material event reporting. Exempt reports may be freely shared among subscribing and non-subscribing members without any form of consent for the duration of their exemption. Moreover, Maiden Financial reserves the right to designate any report published on www.maidenfinancial.io as a sample report for marketing purposes, so long as no less than 90 days have passed since its publication on Maiden Financial's website. However, access to, and/or view of, Maiden Financial's report and materials archive shall remain solely reserved for paying subscribers.
